Heart of Sarajevo presented to actor John Cleese

Comedy and laughter have key importance in the time we live in, said John Cleese, British actor, writer and producer who received the Honorary Heart of Sarajevo last night for his extraordinary contribution to film art.
Legendary comedian who dedicated his life to making people laugh said it was a great pleasure to be in Sarajevo.
Director of SFF Mirsad Purivatra said there is a reason behind every Heart of Sarajevo, and this Heart of Sarajevo is presented to someone who taught us that irony and laughter can go together.
After the ceremony, film "A Fish Called Wanda" was screened.
Apart from working on comedies, Cleese founded a business training company with sir Antony Jay called Video Arts, which produced over 120 training videos over 20 years and has become the biggest company of this sort in the USA.
