Healthy and simple : Ideal breakfast for weightloss

This is one of the healthiest and most delicious breakfasts, because it contains vitamins and minerals that improve the appearance of the skin, hair, normalize metabolism and strengthen the body. This breakfast will help you eliminate impurities from the body and clean  intestines.

It solves the problem of lazy bowels and constipation, burns fat deposits and normalizes weight. After a month of consuming you will easily lose 3 to 5 kilos, most of it from the stomach! Your skin, hair and nails will become healthy and beautiful, and the stomach will slowly "melt". 


You will need:
- 300 ml of kefir (or non-fat yogurt)

- 2 tablespoons of oats

- 1 coffee pot of  flax seeds

- 1 teaspoon cocoa powder

- 5-7 dry plums


Breakfast preparation: The breakfast is prepared in the evening for the following day. Sprinkle dry plums with boiling water (100 ml). Cover and leave for 5-10 minutes. During that time mix the oats, seeds and cocoa, top of with kefir and stir well. Finerly chop the plums and add to the mixture.
Mix well and leave in the fridge. In the morning, remove from the fridge and enjoy a healthy and tasty breakfast. The results will be visible soon. In the first days you can have "interesting" feelings in your stomach, but it will pass. Your digestive tract will start to work like a clock!
