Turkish Airlines will increase number of flights from Istanbul to Sarajevo from the current 18 to 21 flights per week as of April next year, which confirms our airline as the one with the most flights to Sarajevo, Jusuf Jamakosmanović, representative of marketing and sales of the Turkish Airlines for BiH told FENA.

During this-year’s Trade Expo Fair, which took place at the end of October in Jakarta, Turkish Airlines organized a workshop which involved representatives of tourist agencies from BiH and Indonesia.

“Goal of our workshop in Indonesia was to connect tourist agencies from BiH and local tourist agencies from Indonesia. Through our presentation we presented everything interesting BiH has to offer to Indonesian tourists. This is another of our activities in the Far East, where we have been promoting BiH as a tourist destination over the past few years,” said Jamakosmanović.

In the context of better tourist connectivity, Turkish Airlines is introducing a flight from Istanbul to Bali next year.

Istanbul-Sarajevo connection is very important for business and private, tourist travel, and number of flights will increase next summer season.

“We had 18 flights per week last summer season, and we are increasing that number to 21 as of next summer season (April 2019),” said Jamakosmanović.

Workshop organized by Turkish Airlines in Jakarta gathered representatives of tourist agencies Fortuna, Relax, ESM, Espy Bosnia and Bosnia Travel.
